We happened to find this frozen yoghurt place, Orange Leaf? AMAZING! The kids got to pick and dispense their own "ice cream" and toppings from tons of choices! Then you just pay for whatever it weighs! We are for sure going back.
NOW: To find one in The Woodlands! Anybody? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tuesday mornings belong exclusively to Landon. He loves having Mommy all to himself, and I love spending quality time with my little butterball. We usually try to go grocery shopping first, then we spend about an hour at the gym.
His gym - the Little Gym!
Miss Ashley lures the kids in with shakers!
Then she plays a song and has the kids run around and mimic what the song is telling them to do.
Practicing a skill.
One of his favorite things to do is run on the air track. They have all the kids sit on it as it is being blown up. Fun!
Every Tuesday morning Landon and I go to Little Gym. We learn to do all kinds of things! Landon has been kinesthetically inclined from the time he was born, so of course he loves it! And when the balls come out? There's no stopping him!
So what better place to celebrate Landon's 3rd birthday party than at Little Gym?! It meets the other Houston July birthday pre-requisite: it is INDOORS.
Landon climbing around. You guys, it is so hard for me to believe he isn't 2 anymore. I am doing okay with Cameron aging. But Landon...is going too fast. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jacqueline with Mearline. (Her grandmother.) (Omi.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Wandon's fwends! ~~~~~~~~~~~
Jacqueline and Rachel ~~~~~~~~
Me and my babies! ~~~~~~~~~~
I like these two shots because the boys were directly across from each other while doing the parachute. (BTW, are those *muscles* on Landon's back?!) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You know there's effort when the tongue comes out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~
Even Jacqueline parachuted! ~~~~~~~
Cameron spent a LOT of time on this thing.
The cupcake toppers were miniature copies of the invitations! My friend Lori made them - she is amazing! You have to look at her blog, Organized Chaos, for more good ideas. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Landon's cupcake. He wouldn't blow it out. No pyromaniac worries with this kid! ~~~~~~~~~~
For sure no problems eating it, though! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Not for her, either! See her eyes widen as I got closer? Did she think I was trying to steal her cupcake? ~~~~~~~~
Favors were little Mickey sippy cups, with their names on them. Again, thanks Lori for printing out white vinyl stickers for me in Disney font! ~~~~~~~~~~~
The only thing that could make them cuter was...
Balloons! THANK YOU Little Gym! They went above and beyond to make this party run super smoothly, and everyone had such a great time! ~~~~~~~~~~~~
